[obol] Falcated Duck, No as well

I just returned from the Gainsborough subdivision off of Iriving Rd.  The Falcated Duck was not there as previously reported.  If it flew with Wigeons, then birders should be looking for flocks of those birds.  

I drove out the Hwy 99 ponds that the Falcated Duck used last spring.  I did not see it there.
However,  there were two CANVASBACKS enjoying the location.
