[obol] property & birds "rights"

   Much as I would love to go digiscope the rare Clackamas bird to add to my collection, under the circumstances I will not.  Simply  reading the posts on this subject tells me I can wait for a better place and opportunity.  I post this because OBOL can make a contribution by not only revealing rare bird locations, but also informing us which ones have been stressful to the animal and/or landowners. Thanks.
