[obol] Off topic: Portland area cicadas

The two cicada species that pop up in regional guides most often 
are PUTNAM'S CICADA (_Platypedia putnami_) and LITTLE CICADA 
(_P. Minor_).  Garden Insects of North America also mentions the
genus _Okanagana_)
