[obol] Summer Long-tailed Duck

I'm trying to find out how to label the Long-tailed Duck found at Crane
Prairie last week.  I'm mostly looking to find out if this is Oregon's first
or second summer record (or some other number).  BOGR does not mention any
summer records.  Anyone know of any other summer records for Long-tailed
Duck?
