[obol] Barred Owl Multnomah County

Last night I heard a Barred Owl calling continuously behind my home in
Gresham at dusk.  This is a new yard bird if one can count a distant
calling bird.  The Barred Owl was calling from Darby Butte located above
our home which backs up to green space and the butte.  Our home is near
the upper entrance to the Persimmons Golf Course.  I was thankful it was
not closer as it had the potential to disturb someone's sleep if it were
anywhere close to a home.
