[obol] Summer Long-tailed Ducks

Obolers,

People were asking if the Crane Prairie Long-tailed Duck was the only summer
record for Oregon. I checked my records and came up with several.

On July 1, 2006 Greg Gillson saw one at Yaquina Bay.

Alan Contreras reported one at the South Jetty of the Siuslaw River July 5,
2003 and Dan Heyerly saw one there June 28, 1997.

Phil Pickering reported one at Boiler Bay June 14, 2002.
