[obol] Be on the lookout for dead/injured seabirds - Gold Beach, OR

We received notification that a 54 ft vessel hit the Rogue River Reef off
Gold Beach this morning.  The vessel has been pulled off the reef and is
leaking diesel.  If you come across any fresh dead or injured seabirds you
believe might be involved in this incident, please send me an email.
