[obol] Birding in Idaho on line?

Is there a network, similar to OBOL, operating in Idaho? If so, I 
would appreciate it if someone could tell me what it is, and how to 
get on line to it. You may send the information to me directly if you 
wish. I found IBLE, Idaho Birders Linked Electronically, part of the 
Yahoo setup, but I'm not sure of it is equivalent. A friend in Boise 
is interested, but as he is just a beginner in using the network, he 
asked for help.
