[obol] Delta Ponds, 2 Black Phoebes, (Eugene)

OBOL,
    Today I walked around the Delta Pond area on the east side of 
Goodpasture Island Rd.  The most interesting birds were two BLACK PHOEBES, 
one near the viewing platform at the south ponds and one at the north end of 
the ponds near the apartment buildings.
