[obol] Bonaparte's Gull at Smith-Bybee Lakes, shorebirds at Vanport

On Bybee Lake in North Portland there was one BONAPARTE'S GULL loosely 
associating with many Ring-billed Gulls.

At Vanport Wetlands also in North Portland, there are now many Long-billed 
Dowitchers, a few Greater Yellowlegs and Least Sandpipers, many Killdeer, 
and there was one Semipalmated Plover.  The water level at Smith-Bybee is 
still too high and I didn't see a single shorebird there.

And after many tries, I finally saw my first-of-year Green Heron at Crystal 
Springs.
