[obol] Dead crows in Columbia County

Good evening all,

 

To whose attention should the discovery of dead crows (or other birds) in
Columbia County, Oregon be brought? 

 

I can locate the correct department for Clatsop, Washington, Multnomah, and
Clackamas, but not Columbia. Three different reports have reached me this
week asking for the proper channel to report this information through in
Columbia County.
