Russ and everyone else:
I had a meeting in Corvallis yest. so dropped by the slough at 830am 
and 630pm. Not the best times. No empids either time.
Tom Snetsinger was going to check, too.
By the way, there is a large stand of willows along a side channel of 
the Willamette if you keep going past the bridge over Ingraham 
Slough. Might be worth checking.
