[obol] Anyone seeing Green Herons in Multnomah County?

I know that Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden and Reed College canyon are typically both good places, but I've gone several times over the past month without finding any.  I've also tried along the Sandy River by exit 18. Has anyone been seeing them there, or someplace else in Multnomah County?  Thanks, Andy Frank
