Hello all - our biking/birding family is about to start cycling south from the Yukon on our "Bird Year" adventure. We'll be pedalling down the Oregon coast during the latter half of August. Please say hello if you see us cycling!
   
  We'll be checking our website email regularly (www.birdyear.com) so please let us know if there are interesting things to look for in Oregon in August. Please also send our website along to anyone who might be interested - the conservation aspect of our journey is as important as our bird list!
   
  By the way - we just did an interview about our journey on CBC radio's Sounds Like Canada. It will be played between 10 am and noon on Wednesday, June 20th. You can listen on the internet (I just tried it and it actually works) - there is a link to CBC radio on our website's homepage. You just need to click on one of the cities in the Pacific timezone to hear it at the right time.
