ar the small bridge (southernmost bridge).    It perched on two different s=
nags in the marsh: white head with narrow dark eye line without mustache; d=
ark flecking on the white back; and narrow black banding on long tail.   In=
 flight, white below; black primary tips above and below and wings beats ra=
ther stiff.  While trying to phone a friend, noticed that bird had disappea=
red.  Failed to relocate, searching both north and south of the large bridg=
e.
