tz near the small bridge (southernmost bridge).    It perche=
d on two different snags in the marsh: white head with narrow dark eye=
 line without mustache; dark flecking on the white back; and narrow bl=
ack banding on long tail.   In flight, white below; black pr=
imary tips above and below and wings beats rather stiff.  While trying=
 to phone a friend, noticed that bird had disappeared.  Failed to relo=
cate, searching both north and south of the large bridge.<BR>
