  Tmuck Bay was mucky and lots of logs; we did find ALL 3 SCOTERS(both sexe=
s) off the 12th St pier in Garibaldi. Lake Mears had about 200 CANVASBACKS,=
 mixed raft with Coots.
  Many of the area businesses were closed; either no power nor customers or=
 more pressing work elsewhere.=20
The RV park along the Wilson and the meadows just downstream were scoured t=
o mud just as last year.
  The "lower" northern part of Tmuck was mud covered; the "raised" Fern res=
taurant, Starbucks, and Freddies escaped flooding. Tmuck has power; outlyin=
