helter at Bianca St & Tamora Ave, I had a nice flock of Pine Siskins, 100s =
of Ring-necked Ducks and 10 Canvasbacks. Off Wood St (walk south from the i=
ntersection Wood & Dennis Ave to the bank - this is near the viewing platfo=
rm off OR219) were about 150 Tundra Swans (yet no Trumpeter), 80 Canvasback=
s and another Peregrine. Lots of waterfowl out there; bring a scope.

Running some errands in the big city mid afternoon, I saw a large number of=
gulls off I-5 on the ball fields of Delta Park. I pulled off and had 10 Th=
ayer's Gulls in about 10 minutes. Seems like an above average spot for Thay=
er's.
Broughton Beach off Marine Dr. had 2 Horned Larks and one Western Meadowlar=
k.
