[obol] PCC Rock Creek update

OBOL, hello!

Personnel at PCC's Rock Creek Environmental Studies Center informed me on
the phone this morning that the nature area out behind the Rock Creek campus
is closed to public access this time of year due to safety concerns. The
area is quite woodsy and suffers a fair number of widow makers and blow
downs from winds and related weather conditions during Winter. They're
already at work clearing the trails, and should be open to the public again
sometime in the Spring.
