[obol] Early Osprey Coos County

Hello All,
This last week on 23 Feb. we ( seven birders)of Walla Walla observed an 
adult Osprey perched on a stake out on the Weyerhauser pond at North Bend, 
Coos County. It was the first and only one we saw.
