[obol] Early Osprey Coos County

      I'm not sure all Ospreys this time
of year are "early" nowadays. I think there
was one on the Coos Bay CBC, and it was anticipated.
There may have been one on the Eugene Count about
1973. As with Turkey Vultures, the western Oregon
lowlands seem to be right on the fringe of winter
tolerance for Ospreys.  Lars Norgren
