[obol] Early Osprey Coos County

True, they do occasionally winter as with TVs.  But if this bird just showed
up, it may be a little on the early side for a migrant, but not by much.
They usually arrive in mid-March.
This year there has been an OSPREY at DEXTER RES in Lane County all winter.
There has also been one hanging out around the Willamette River in Eugene.
Saw it first about a week or two ago near VRC and last weekend around Alton
Baker and EWEB (assuming same bird).
Spring is definitely in the air.  The Tree Swallows were back at the office
this AM in Dexter.  There have been MANY at Fern Ridge over the last few
weeks.  Big flocks near Royal and over Hwy 126 east of Perkins.
