[obol] Slaty-backed photos and others

The Smith River, California, Slaty-backed Gull now has a photo from Alan 
Barron on the Recent Bird Photos page. I've added a couple of ID notes. For 
comparison, Rakestraw's Gull is identified with ID pointers.

For those favoring aesthetic appreciation over intractable ID challenges, 
there is a wonderful photo of a group of Western Bluebirds in a bird bath, 
as well as a couple other photos from southwestern Oregon by Phil Hicks.
