[obol] Seen any Black Scoters?

The Seaside Cove in Seaside, Clatsop County is a good place to see BLACK 
SCOTER. There have consistently been  half a  dozen or more easily seen, 
especially from just west of the Lanai Motel. Often they are less than 
100 yards out. Best time is around high tide as the birds seem to be 
closer to shore then.

Lots of gulls there too!
