[obol] Alton Baker Park, Say's Phoebe again, (Eugene)

OBOL,
    Late this morning a SAY'S PHOEBE was feeding near Autzen Stadium, about 
a half mile west of the spot at the radio tower pond where Roger Robb found 
it/one yesterday.  Today's bird was using the old hammer throw practice 
field directly south of the stadium, sallying out from little stick up trees 
to catch bugs over the tall grass.  Back at the pond, the overwintering 
OSPREY was carrying a trout around.
