[obol] 2nd Collared-Dove site (JoCo)

Today (03-08-07) at the 1st stop on the Applegate-Williams raptor survey, what should fly up in front of me and land on the electrical line, a EURASIAN COLLARED-DOVE!  This is the 2nd find of this species in Josephine County - at a different location, along New Hope Road, south of Grants Pass (near the New Hope School).  Only saw 1, but didn't have time to scout out the area good for others.
