[obol] Another WHITE-TAILED KITE in Washington County

Jeff may have hit on something here. As all of us, Kites have to eat.
Flooding could have displaced or drowned out the vole and other rodent
population. If so, there wouldn't be much to lunch on for the Kites.
What's going on with other vole foraging bird species in this particular
area?
