[obol] Feb. Lincoln Co. Bird Notes & Burrowing Owl Saga

I have seen the Burrowing Owl numerous times since its release after capture
and it seems wary enough of people (and dogs) to me....in fact, much more so
than the Snowy Owl that vacationed here for 3 months and left with a belly full
of gulls and grebes....and beautiful memories of awe-struck tourists and
eccentric locals.

I might also add that what seems to be its home base now gives it much
protection from people even though it is near people.
