[obol] Northern Shrike in Portland: Smith & Bybee Lakes

Spotted a Northern Shrike while exploring Smith &
Bybee Lakes this morning with a small group from
Metro.

It was seen near the end of the only trail there, in a
tree bordering the recently mown clearing just before
reaching the blind.

Had a good, long look and then saw the bird again
later in flight in the same area.
