Birders,
 
While out cleaning out Kestrel nest boxes getting ready for  the nesting 
season, I was able to get a bit of birding in
Best site was on Moffit Rd.  about 33 miles east of Bend,  Des. County,. off 
Hwy 20
 
6- REDTAIL HAWKS
1 -ROUGH LEGGED HAWK
1- GOLDEN EAGLE (2ND YEAR)
2- PRAIRE FALCONS (calling and flight displaying)
1- AMERICAN KESTREL
numberous - MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRDS
numberous - HORNED LARKS
10+ SAGE SPARROWS
8- N. FLICKERS
1- LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE
4- TOWNSENDS SOLITAIRES
7- JUNCOS
