[obol] 3rd Jo Co Collard Dove

Just received a photo taken today (03-18-07) of an EURASIAN COLLARD-DOVE at a feeder east of Grants Pass in the Jones Creek area.  This would be the 3rd known sighting and location of this species in Josephine Co.  ...there're everywhere!  Thanks to Phil Hicks for photo documentation.
