[obol] Beached birds

Obolers,

Checked Bayocean Beach today for dead birds.

Horned Puffin  1
Tufted Puffin  2
Rhinoceros Auklet  2
Common Murre  1


The whole beach was wind washed and sanded over. All the birds were fresh
and on the current tide line. The murre was right on the waterline and had
no sand on it. It was still in full rigor. The tideline was washed with
tiny, bluish, fish egg-like stuff.

Several Murres, a Guillemot, and a Rhinoceros Auklet were actively foraging
between the jetties, the Murres and Guillemot were in full breeding plumage.
