[obol] Aggressive Slate-colored Junco?

OBOL,

A Slate-colored Junco turned up in my yard last weekend.  I'm pretty  
sure it was not here all winter, since I kept a pretty good eye out  
for it.  Today I saw it again, foraging under the bird feeder.  An  
Oregon Junco landed nearby and faced off with it - for a second or  
two, at which point the Slate-colored lunged and when Oregon didn't  
land far enough away, Slate-colored chased it clear out of the  
garden.  I didn't notice a size difference between the two  
individuals.  Are Slate-colored the more aggressive, or do you think  
this was just a truculent individual?
