[obol] W. Wood-Pewee in Corvallis 4/30

I observed a silent Western Wood-Pewee at Stewart Lake (HP), Corvallis on April 30.  I didn't realize at the time that this was the day for first sightings of this species in Oregon, according to OBOL.  
   
  In the same location May 1st was perhaps the same bird, this time singing.  There's something about the dead trees (and insect crop?) at the northeast corner of the lake that attracts Western Wood-Pewees, including, some years, notably early and late ones.
