[obol] White-tailed Kites at Waldport

We've seen what we believe to be two WHITE-TAILED KITES flying over the 
Alsea River recently. They have a distinctive call. When they are 
around, the crows come out of the nearby trees and try to badger them to 
get them out of the area.
