[obol] white GR Red tailed hawk

At about 11:15 Wednesday I saw the white marked Red tailed hawk. I 
was parked in the lot of the Nazarene Church in Grand Ronde (off 
Agency road?? is that the name now?) (Linda Fink has given more 
complete directions in her posts), facing north.  It was perched in 
the center of the further set of high tension wires, and while I 
watched, it stooped on something, caught it, vanished into the trees 
near the next house to the north, returned without the meal and flew 
back and forth across the open area below the wires before vanishing 
in the trees again. I wonder if there is any chance it has a nest or 
mate there?
