[obol] Pittock Pygmy-owl, NW Portland

After a 2 week hiatus, the Pittock Parking Lot NORTHERN PYGMY-OWL
was back at his usual spot, at the top of a fir up by the water
tank.  He called from about 8AM (or before) until 8:45AM.

Other good birds this morning at the Mansion:  HAIRY WOODPECKER,
PILEATED WOODPECKER (heard only), HAMMOND'S FLYCATCHER, small
flock of ORANGE-CROWNED, BLACK-THROATED GRAY, WILSON'S, TOWNSEND'S
and YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERs, BLACK-HEADED GROSBEAK, WESTERN TANAGER
(heard only).
