  I spent the morning 1st a Killin Wetlands: ABITTERN, VRAIL seen, SORA 
heard. Hooded Merg, Gadwall, CinnTeal... Along Killin, Narup, and Jack Rds: 
RBSapsucker, OSFlycatcher, and several BHGrosbeaks(quiet). In the 2 ponds 
1/2 mile north of Killin Wetland: (2) SOLITARY SANDPIPERS in the south end 
of north pond(near blind) and 40+/-.Least Sandpipers.
  Along the route to Pacific U: GCSparrow(singing) and WBNuthatch. At PU: 
the Acorn Woodpeckers, (2) BULLOCK'S ORIOLES, and (2) Lesser Goldfinch. 
Overcast, cool, not many warblers, but a nice day.  David Smith
