[obol] Tips on Bird Servey/Counting

Hello,

 

I am a college student studying Environmental Science and am looking for
tips on conducting several bird watch/surveys over the next few days in
several different habitats in NW Oregon [Portland/Beaverton area]. I will be
conducting my surveys/watches at dawn, dusk, mid-day, and at night, at Camp
Rivendale/Jenkins Estate.  I am particularly interested on any input for
conducting night watches, as I've never done one before..  Any help would be
greatly appreciated!!!
