[obol] Clark County RBA Black-throated Sparrow

        I just received an e-mail report of a BLACK-THROATED SPARROW
coming to a feeder in Hazel Dell, a neighborhood in north Vancouver. To
my knowledge this is only the second record of this species for Clark
County. 
        Apparently there is a good movement of southern birds showing up
in the county this year with White-faced Ibis, Black-necked Stilt and a
probable Yellow Rail reported so far this spring.
