[obol] regional vagrant update

In mid-May I start watching the lists for neighboring regions to the south and east to see what is happening in the vagrant flow.  Here are some gleanings from the past week or so.

IDAHO - Little Blue Heron, Glossy Ibis, Summer Tanager, Ovenbird
UTAH - Common Grackle
NEVADA - Common Grackle, Lark Bunting
CALIFORNIA - Parula, Baltimore Oriole, RT Pipits (north coast and one near Bishop!)

I'll be in Seaside overnight May 21-22 and might do a little local birding.  Will be at Malheur May 24-30 with Graham Floyd and probably Holly Reinhard and Daniel Farrar.
