Location: Columbia Slough, Multnomah County, Oregon
There was a Red-winged Black bird at the treatment pond at
162nd NE and Airport way it looked like the Bicolored except that the
coverts were a yellowish orange color
very unusual markings. this is just off the Columbia
Slough.
