[obol] Beached bird mystery

Max Smith sent me photos of a bird found while doing a COASST
mile beached bird survey yesterday.

It looks to be an Empidonax flycatcher, my best guess "Western"
Flycatcher, but I suppose we should consider European or 
Neotropical stray (outside Empidonax?) as well....
