[obol] Beach bird mystery

Assuming the wing measurement is pretty close, it would be too short for an Ash-throated Flycatcher.  The range of wing measurements I have take is 88 to 102 for them.  As for Pacific-slope Flycatchers my range is 59 to 70.  Other Empids would be in this area too.   Dennis

  The bird looks like a Myiarchus type flycatcher, maybe an Ash throated flycather.  I see the cinnamon rufous underwings and long beak and slender tail.
