[obol] 2 Black Phoebes

We were checking on one of our Eagle nests today and saw 2 BLACK 
PHOEBES at the bridge on Tillamook River Rd just North of Eckloff Rd. 
It is not so much of a brigde as a sluice between an arm of the 
Tillamook River and some Marshland across the road. One was giving 
what sounded like alarm calls and hung around close to us, then a 
second one appeared from some rocks in the back of the water. Last 
summer we saw 2 of them at the same spot but we have never seen a 
nest all though we suspect ther is one.
