[obol] Del Rey dead bird challenge for November

Steve Warner, Nancy Stevens and I did the COASST dead bird census 
this morning and among the NORTHERN FULMAR corpses found this 
month's quiz bird.

Those of you who find this an easy ID are asked to curb your
enthusiasm so the rest of the group can catch up.
