The guide pictured in the spoiler page is:

Hass, T. and J.K.Parrish. 2002. Beached Birds: a COASST Field
Guide (2nd ed). Wavefall Press.

The line drawings in it come from the now nearly impossible to
find Beached Marine Birds and Mammals of the North American
West Coast (Ainley, et al 1980).  This reference is much less
user friendly than Hass and Parrish, but does have the always
useful illustrated key to pinniped baculae.

According to the COASST website copies of Hass and Parrish
maybe purchased at Flora and Fauna Books, Seattle.
