        In Washington State, Ed Newbold has set up a site where people
list their "Yard Birds" and posts them under categories according to
property type and size. This includes county by county lists and is also
done as a yearly contest. There is a set of rules for sightings so that
everyone is listing in the same manner. The web page is at:
