Hello, my name is Gregory--Gregory Gump. I live in a condo. I don't
have a yard, so I don't have a yard list. I have a hummingbird feeder
up on the porch. But no hummingbirds have ever used it. A great big
spider sometimes uses the feeder to build a gigantic web. It's neat.
The feeder is a pretty red ball that looks like a flower, so Momma
keeps it up, even if it no hummingbirds ever come. Momma says part of
my house is connected by pipes to a certain birding site nearby. You
could say it's part of the drain field in my back yard. The city calls
it a "wetlands" but it is really just a sewer. Lots of geese add their
droppings to it, too. That makes me laugh. Sometimes I hear birds out
the window, but Momma says that it is just recorded hawk noises to
scare the pigeons off the roof of the court house nearby. It doesn't
work, though. The pigeons still cover it with their droppings. That
makes me laugh, too. If you have a yard you should appreciate it. Many
people aren't so lucky as us and don't even have a hummingbird feeder.
Or a spider. Sincerely, Gregory Gump.
