[obol] Say's Phoebe, Linn County

Hello to all,
I had a SAY'S PHOEBE this morning (Nov. 3) on Morgan Road between Seven  Mile 
Road and Manning.  Coming from the west, the bird was perched on low  wire 
fence just after the paved road turns to gravel.  Also about 50  Mourning Dove, 
a huge flock of Starlings (unfortunately) and lots of Savannah  Sparrows, 
juncos, and a few Golden-crowns and pipits.
